Allow users to allocate their credits at user level rather than company-wide

Hi everyone,

This function is really very important to us. Currently, we repeatedly face the following challenges:

Individual users consume significantly more credits than intended without the system warning or blocking them.
Other users do not use the functions that consume credits or only use them to a very limited extent because they are afraid of using up too many credits unintentionally.
There is no transparent overview for individual users of how many credits he or she has used and which budget may still be available.
